KeepRobots is a robot aftermarket company based in Vancouver, British Columbia. We keep other people's robots working: we install them, repair them, maintain them, and supply the parts that wear out. We do not manufacture or sell robots.
A large share of the service robots sold in North America are designed and built overseas. The hardware arrives ready. What usually doesn't arrive is anyone on this side of the Pacific who can make a specific machine work in a specific building, and come back when it breaks. That gap is the whole business: we are the local team that closes it, for whichever brand the customer happens to own.
A dealer earns on the sale of the robot, so a dealer has a reason to recommend a new unit. We earn on keeping the one you own running. That is why we will tell you when a repair costs more than the machine is worth, and why manufacturers can use us without worrying that we are competing for their customer.
Operators — hotels, restaurants, property and facility managers, warehouses, manufacturing plants, clinics and senior living, universities and research labs. And manufacturers — whole-machine makers, component suppliers and embodied-AI data-capture vendors who need coverage in Canada without opening an office here.
Every job produces a written report: what failed, what was replaced, what to watch next, and which parts are worth keeping on the shelf. Rates are quoted before billable work starts. Safety-regulated work goes to the licensed trade that owns it. We say what we cannot do as clearly as what we can.
