Parts are in pre-launch. You can reserve items and we will confirm stock, price and lead time — nothing is charged on this site.
Catalogued the way a service engineer thinks about it: what it fits, how fast it wears out, and how many you should have on the shelf. Prices are in Canadian dollars, held in Vancouver.
Every item carries one of these. It's the difference between a part you order on a calendar and a part you order when something goes wrong.
Wears out in normal use and should be changed by hours or months, not when it fails. Cheap to hold, expensive to run past.
Fails from impact, cycling or age rather than on a fixed schedule. Keep at least one on the shelf per fleet.
Expensive, traceable and usually not stocked deep. Plan around the lead time, or agree a consignment with us.
You can build a request list and send it. Nothing is charged, and we don't ship yet — we're using these requests to decide what to stock first.
Listed in CAD, ex-Vancouver, before taxes and shipping. We confirm the final price and lead time in writing before anything moves.
Based on typical duty cycles in the buildings we service. Your mileage genuinely varies — a scrubber on terrazzo and one on carpet are not the same machine.
This catalogue is the start, not the limit. If you need something for a machine we haven't listed, send the model and a photo of the part.
