We don't ask for a territory or a contract you'd regret. Start with one site, or one shelf of parts, and see whether the numbers work.

Or start with one shelf

Send a small consignment of your fastest-moving spares. We hold it, we fit it, we report what failed and why. You keep title until it's used.

Rate card, not a markup game

Service is billed as service. If you'd rather we resell, we'll quote that separately so you can compare them honestly.

Your brand or ours

We'll wear your shirt and use your document templates, or show up as KeepRobots. Your customer relationship stays yours either way.

We work with your dealer, not around them

If you already have a Canadian distributor who's strong on sales and thin on service, that's a normal three-way deal for us.

One report, two languages

Field reports in English for your Canadian customer, technical detail in Chinese for your engineering team, on the same job.

Questions robot makers ask us

We are a Chinese robot company with no team in North America. Can KeepRobots be our local service point?

Yes. KeepRobots acts as a non-exclusive field team in Canada and travels to the US and other provinces: deployment and commissioning, after-sales repair, warranty/RMA work, preventive maintenance, pre-sales demos and spare-parts storage. Do you work with Chinese-language documentation and China working hours?

Yes. Our engineers read Chinese technical documentation and coordinate with manufacturers during China working hours. Service is in English and Mandarin.

Can we say on our website that we have field engineers in North America?

Once a service agreement is in place, yes — you can list KeepRobots as your North American field service partner, under your brand (white-label) or ours.

Where do you cover?

Based in Greater Vancouver, British Columbia, serving Canada and the United States. Greater Vancouver is our local area with the fastest response; the rest of BC and Alberta are covered on scheduled trips; the rest of Canada and the US on site per project.

Field technicians and service companies

Fix machines on customer sites in BC, elsewhere in Canada or in the US? We subcontract on-site robot jobs to independent technicians and small automation and electrical firms, per job or by the hour. Join the KeepRobots field technician network →
