For manufacturers & suppliers

Give us
Canada.

You built the hardware. What you're missing here is a phone number a Canadian customer can call, an engineer who can be on site this week, and a shelf with your spare parts on it. We are open to every shape of that: distribution-neutral service, white-label field work, consignment stock, or a straight three-way deal with your existing dealer.

Three kinds of partner

Whatever you make, the gap is the same.

A first failed deployment can cost you the market. These are the three ways we plug in — and we're equally happy to be behind your brand or beside it.

ROBOT MANUFACTURERS

Whole-machine makers

Delivery, cleaning, security, mowing, arms, humanoids, quadrupeds — if you're selling into Canada without local people, we are that team.

  • Pre-sales site surveys so deals get scoped right before you quote
  • Commissioning and go-live to your procedures, under your brand or ours
  • Warranty and RMA: on-site diagnosis, module swap, return logistics, root-cause notes
  • Certified on your product line, reporting into your ticketing system
  • Compliance gap check — CSA / cUL / UL 3300, ISED / FCC labelling — before launch
COMPONENT & PARTS SUPPLIERS

Parts and subsystem makers

Motors, reducers, LiDAR, batteries, grippers, wheels, brushes, controllers. We're your forward stock and your proof-in-the-field channel in North America.

  • Consignment stock held in Vancouver — your parts, next-day to the customer
  • We fit your parts on real machines and send you failure data, not just orders
  • Listed in our catalogue with the service-life figures operators actually buy on
  • Introductions into the fleets and facilities we already service
EMBODIED AI & DATA CAPTURE

Data-capture and research hardware

Handheld capture grippers, teleoperation rigs, motion-capture gloves, dexterous hands, sensor and compute kits. The buyers here are labs and universities, and they buy differently.

  • Demo units placed with Vancouver-area labs and university groups
  • Unboxing, calibration and first-dataset support so a kit doesn't die in a corner
  • Local repair and spares, so a broken rig doesn't stall a research quarter
  • Procurement paperwork handled the way institutions need it
How it actually works

Small, testable, no exclusivity.

We don't ask for a territory or a contract you'd regret. Start with one site, or one shelf of parts, and see whether the numbers work.

01

Start with one deployment

One customer, one building, one commissioning job at an agreed rate. You see the report we produce before you commit to anything wider.

02

Or start with one shelf

Send a small consignment of your fastest-moving spares. We hold it, we fit it, we report what failed and why. You keep title until it's used.

03

Rate card, not a markup game

Service is billed as service. If you'd rather we resell, we'll quote that separately so you can compare them honestly.

04

Your brand or ours

We'll wear your shirt and use your document templates, or show up as KeepRobots. Your customer relationship stays yours either way.

05

We work with your dealer, not around them

If you already have a Canadian distributor who's strong on sales and thin on service, that's a normal three-way deal for us.

06

One report, two languages

Field reports in English for your Canadian customer, technical detail in Chinese for your engineering team, on the same job.

Open for conversations

If you're not in Canada yet, start here.

Tell us what you build, where you're selling, and what's currently missing on this side. We answer every serious enquiry within one business day — including the ones that turn out to be too early.

We use what you send only to answer you. No accounts, no trackers, no third-party advertising.
